Returns
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return an item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tangentapparels.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Please package the item securely and include your RMA number inside the package. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary based on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@tangentapparels.com for assistance.
